The grout was definitely cleaner, but the trouble spots in the kitchen were about the same. When they sealed the grout, they dribbled sealer all over the tile, and the dribbles turned black when stepped on. When I called the tech to see what to do about the dribbles (on about 50 % of the tiles), I was told I coud scrub them off with a towel and hot water. The tech and I had discussed that I have reptured tendons in my knee that makes that impossible... As the grout dried the areas I expected improvement on did not look better. I called Boss and complained, and they sent a different crew out to clean up the sealer mess and re-steam some of the bad spots...no change. The service people, and telephone staff were friendly and efficient, but somehow I thought if you paid twice as much for grout cleaning, the outcome would be much better. That was not the case. The job was OK, and the price was sky high. I would not use this company again because the above average cost does not equal above average results.
