We went with Bob to replace our previous pol service. Service is as advertised, pool looks great. He's punctual and professional, and always willing to take a call and provide advice when i have a question or need help and it's not the normal day to come by (after a storm, what should I do, etc)
Does a great job and happy we found him

Bob does a fantastic job, leaving my pool sparkling clean every week. He is very conscientious about his services. When additional maintenance is required, Bob is honest and straightforward about what is needed, what he will charge and what it would cost me if I went elsewhere. He recommended a pool cleaner (the kind that moves along the bottom and sides of the pool), along with where I could get the best price. When it arrived he installed it at no extra charge.

I called Bob to see if he could help me. In the course of the conversation, he concluded that my Demetrius Earth filter needed to be cleaned and we scheduled an appointment. Shortly afterwards, I viewed a video on YouTube that explained how to clean the filter. I called Bob back and asked him if I should try and clean it myself. He not only suggested that I do so, but talked to me about issues that I might run into, parts to check to make sure everything was working correctly and the best way to actually clean the unit.
Well, I went ahead and cleaned it as he suggested. The pressure gauge went from 30 to under 15 and now my heater works perfectly.
I appreciate the fact that he was supportive and helpful in guiding me though my problem and didn't make a penny while doing so.
Also, I called him a total of 4 times between yesterday and today, and each time he answered immediately.

Was at first impressed because it appeared he was doing all that he said on the piece of paper he left....vacuum, chemical, and brush. Then I noticed, the paper he filled out was prefilled with all the information before he ever did anything to include what the chemical readings were. I also noticed that he never emptied the pump baskets, or the other filter basket that catched debris. He also never brushed the sides of the pool. This was marked each time he left the paper. I only used his service for a month as a result.

I stand behind what I said. If you are going to provide a service and you are going to do what you say you did, then you should have done it. I caught him not doing things he said he was doing. Based on the number of reviews, I should have looked for someone with more reviews before I chose this providor. I did not even use him the entire month. Based on his professionalsim I am now changing his grade to an F.

Great experience

We have been using Bob for our regular pool service for a few years now and we are very happy. He does a great job with the pool and is very reasonably priced. When things have gone wrong with the pump or other mechanical elements, he has proven to be very knowledgable and efficient in making repairs. I would highly recommend Bob to anyone looking for both regular service or specific repairs.

Bob showed up exactly when he said he would and determined my pump motor was bad. I had him replace the motor and he got my filter system up and running and even vacuumed the pool for me and added some shock. I ended up hiring him to also do the weekly maintenance and my water cleared right up. Bob is a very pleasant friendly hardworking guy, I'm very happy I found him.

I contacted several pool service companies after I bought my home. Bob was courteous, explained his services, offered a competitive price and could start that week.

I called Bob mid-afternoon on the Friday looking for a pool man to service our pool as we were moving into a new home. The pool has been neglected and I wanted someone quick that could rehab the pool so my kids could use it. In spite of the fact that it was the end of Bob's day and he wasn't really in the area, when I told him my kids were disappointed by the dirtiness of the pool and that I needed it cleaned as soon as possible, he immediately made a special trip to help me out. Not only did he spend a couple of hours working on my pool at the end of the day Friday, he came back several times (for no extra pay) over the next week to get the pool up to speed. He has a great attitude, works hard and is cheaper than many competitiors. That's the benefit of working with a one-man operator. With Bob you're dealing with someone who cares, is reliable and is willing to go the extra mile when it's needed. We'll be a happy customer of Bob's Pool Butler for many years to come. I would highly recommend him!!

Bob is great. We have him service our pool every week and he does a great job. We have also had several larger repairs that needed to be made and he did a great job on those. Highly recommended.

Bob's Pool Butler was Great. I live in Chicago and was calling them to work on a rental property in Arizona. They were professional and efficient and they called to inform me of everything they were doing. My tenants plan on keeping up the pool as part of their lease and Bob was very helpful and showed the tenant the things that they need to do in the future. He commented to me to call when I needed to because advice was free. There really are good, caring people that are serious about the overall experience of the consumer. I would highly recommend bob's pool butler to anyone who needs pool services.
