BLUE STAR CARPET CLEANING

They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did a great job. I felt the price was quite reasonable given the size of my home, and my experience with other carpet cleaners. I would use Blue Star again.

Blue Star was very responsive and fit me into their schedule when I had to get cleaning done in a tight time frame. My husband was there as they worked and said the team of people were working hard, scrubbing and cleaning the carpet. After the cleaning had set for a few days some of the dirt came back up. I had called Blue Star to ask what they could do, and they said they would come back out at no additional charge and take care of it. They were punctual and professional. In fact, after completing the job the second time they even called to tell me it was done and what they think had happened to the carpet. I appreciated their initiative on that.

Cleaned the carpet and was able to remove "shadow" from an area where a bed had been. The carpet now looks like new (it is 4 years old). They also cleaned the grout of the floor tile in the kitchen/dining area, a high traffic area. The grout now looks almost new. They arrived 5 minutes before scheduled time, were very friendly and efficient. The work was done in less than 2 hours. (The home was vacant, so no furniture needed to be moved).

It too them 2.5 hours to finish the work. They did a really good job. The areas that were bad ended up looking like new. I was very pleased. The people were nice and courteous towards me as well. I thought the price for this service was well worth it.
