+ -1 moreIt went very well. We listed our house with Bernadette and two days later it was sold. There was no drama -- just a very professional realtor doing her job. It's easy to have a feel-good experience when you are buying, but much more difficult when you are selling. Bernadette is tops in our book.
Description of Work: Bernadette Davidson sold our house in two days. This is highly unusual in the depressed housing market we have now in the valley. She was very professional and methodical and has held our hand through each process: inspection, appraisal, etc, letting us know exactly what we can expect during each.
