Before my husband and I started working with Ben we were completely overwhelmed with looking for our first home. I am so glad that we made the decision to start working with him because he made the entire process as easy and stress free as possible.
Ben really listened to what we were looking for in a home and did not try forcing us into a home that we would not like. He answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly (even the ones we thought were dumb!). Throughout the whole process, Ben was always honest, knowledgeable and worked very hard to find us the perfect home.
One thing I really appreciated about Ben was that he was very easy to get ahold of and he always took the time to immediately
show us new listings. He was also very patient and helped us understand everything we needed to know during the process of purchasing our first home.
Ben really values his clients and wants to make sure all of his clients are happy, no matter how long it takes. I really appreciated the fact that he was very patient and did not try pushing us into a home that did not meet all of our needs and desires. I would (and have) personally recommend Ben to my friends, family and anyone else that is in need of a great realtor. We could not be happier with our purchase and we will definitely be using Ben again when the time comes to sell our home and buy another one. Because of Ben, we now live in a great home that we love very much!
