Concrete Repair
THEY DID DO THE GRATING WORK AND THEN THEY KEPT RAISING THE ESTIMATE ON THE SLAB AND WE DECIDED TO END THE JOB WITH JUST THE GRATING. I FELT HE WAS INEXPERIENCED. THE BID HAD STARTED AT $13,000 AND IN THE END HE STATED IT WAS GOING TO BE $28,000.

THIS IS A SMALL HOME BASED STARTUP (NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS) THAT USES A NICE WEB INTERFACE TO COLLECT JOB INFO WHICH IS THEN FOLLOWED UP WITH EMAIL &/OR PHONE QUOTES. THEIR PRICES ARE EASILY 30 - 50% CHEAPER THAN ANYONE ELSE IN THE CONCRETE BUSINESS. JOB TOOK 3 DAYS LONGER THAN QUOTED AND REQUIRED TOUCH-UPS DUE TO RAIN. SIDEWALK LOOKS FINE. FOR LARGER / FANCIER JOBS, I WOULD REQUEST MORE DETAILED QUOTE. IF PRICE IS KEY THESE GUYS ARE HARD TO BEAT.
