AZ PC Works

Description of Work: I called company. I representative showed up the same day. He ran computer diagnositics. Said I had hardware problems. He'd get back to me. I liked the guy. Seemed to know what he was doing. He didn't get back to me that day or the next day as he promised. On 3rd day I got a call. He said I need a new computer. Said some refurbished computers were available for around $350 but he needed to do some further checking and he'd get back to me. My computer totally crapped out. I called and left a message. He advised it would take 10 days to get the computer and reviewed options with me. I picked a $759 option plus shipping cost and the cost of the original service call. I advised I was leaving town at the end of the month and was assured my computer would arrive before then. I provided my credit card info. After 10 days I called and left a message advising exactly when I was leaving town. No return call received. The day before I left town I called again and left another message. No return call. I left town the next day. I purchased another computer from another source. I got my credit card bill and I was charged for the computer I did not receive. I finally got full credit months later after communications with the credit card company, messages to AZ PC Works, which calls were not returned, and letters to AZ PC Works at various addresses.
