I have had nothing but good dealings w/ this company. The techs were on time and even gave a heads up call. They were well informed on the equipment that they were installing. If there has ever been an issue the office staff has always returned calls/emails quickly. I even had a text response from a tech over the weekend when I had a question which was great since the football game was about to start. The sales people were incredible. I was able to tell them what I wanted and they set up the system the way I wanted and let me know about additional features that were available. The home theatre is awesome w/ HD projector and 107in screen. The kids love having their own movie theatre for friends to enjoy. And I absolutely love the Control 4 system. I am able to control the house from the screen but even better is doing it from my phone. I can lock and unlock the front and back doors as well as shut the garage which has come in handy many times already. I can also adjust the ac temp and set the alarm when we are away. It has definately created a peace of mind.

We called and talked to Kevin and he setup and time to come look at our house. He arrived on time and was very professional. He then sent us a proposal for the equipment we wanted. He came back to have us sign the proposal and contract and picked up a deposit for the work. We also setup the installation date with Travis while he was there. Two weeks later Randy showed up and had the system working within 2 days. We loved the experience and would recommend them to anyone.
