AUNT DONNA'S GROOMING

They did an excellent job even though Coco was making a lot of noise. They had him done in record time.

The groomer was on schedule and I did not have to wait. He was wonderful with my cat, he talked to her, was very gentle, and patient. My cat goes regularly to the groomer and has always behaved well during the grooming sessions. She does get tired toward the end of the session and needs to take a break for a few  minutes.  He never raised his voice nor did he complain about her behavior when she needed a break. I am very happy with the services of Aunt Donna's Grooming and I will use them again. I definitely recommend their services too other pet owners.  Especially cat owners, because not a lot of  groomers are willing to groom a cat.  If they do groom cats their prices are usually outrageous.

My lab came out really shiny and soft, he is a woolly (genetic defect), so he does not have a top coat over much of his body and this part of his coat usually looks like dull cotton even when he is done with the groomer. He looked great and they got almost all of the excess undercoat off so he looked nice and not ragged. Everyone was really nice and loved my dog, he was happy when we picked him up.

I thought it would be easier to use a mobile dog groomer be it used up more of my time. At Aunt Donna's you just drop off your animal and they call and you pick up, its that easy! No waiting around for the mobile groomer to show up and wait until they finish. I highly recommend Aunt Donna's

I called and made an appointment for the next day. I dropped them off at 9am, they were ready before noon. Both dogs were pretty shaggy, not having had them groomed since July. They asked how I'd like them done, and I told them to surprise me. They seemed so excited that I gave them that opportunity, and the boys came back looking fabulous. No missed hairs, no trimmer injuries. I will definitely take them here again.

We've been taking our dog to Aunt Donna's for over a year. We're always very pleased with the service we receive. We will continue to use Aunt Donna's on a regular basis.

We have had Donna groom our dogs for several years. We have had our miniature schnauzer for about 5 years and a bichon frise before that. Donna loves our dog and we feel she is always treated well. Our dog always looks real cute after she gets groomed. I usually can get an appointment in the same week, but I often call 2 or 3 weeks ahead.
