When I went in I explained that I was on a budget. I wanted to help my cat, but I could only spend so much. I ended up waiting for about two hours because the doctor had an emergency to attend to, but they were great. They provided toys for my 3-year-old to keep him entertained and waived the fee for the office visit, and only charged me for the lab work. The doctor followed up a few days later and set a follow up appointment to see how the cat was doing.
We ended up having to put the cat down, due to no fault of there's, but they even made that easier by being friendly and even sent a sympathy card afterwards.

I had taken my cat to another clinic that was closer the day before instead of using my regular vet which is Augusta Ranch. The next day I could see the cat was just licking and holding the paw up, obviously in pain. So took her to Augusta Ranch where she received awesome treatment. It is 4 days later and the paw is gradually getting better. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I liked them. The vet was knowledgeable and they were all friendly. The price was a little high.

Dr.Oliver impressed me a number of times by his level of care - he ran a number of tests on one female cat who "flunked" her pre-operative tests for spaying, and we waited for a few months while trying to determine whether she was showing false positives on some tests because she gave conflicting responses on tests that tried to determine whether there was a problem. He listened to me while I tried to decide whether to go ahead with the operation and provided his best medical advice based on her tests AND her lack of any signs of illness AND his professional experience. When I agreed to let him go ahead with the spay, he took extra time to "look around further inside" and found that her organs all looked healthy in spite of some test results. He was genuinely interested in learning more about her situation - both for her sake and for the future so that he could add to his knowledge to help with future decisions when tests don't actually answer the question. Dr. Oliver has been there to put a number of my animals to their final rest, and has been compassionate and helpful in making those decisions. He is still touched by the suffering of animals and their people. It is easier to say good-bye when you know that the doctor agrees with the decision (it is time to end the suffering and there are no other reasonable alternatives) and that he will be gentle in providing the medical procedures required to put them to their final sleep. I believe that Dr. Oliver continues to learn new skills and gain knowledge from his experience with all his patients so that he can pass that on to the next one. He is very willing to discuss the need for procedures (vaccinations, tests, operations, medications) and respects my need to understand the pros and cons of treatments when there are several options (for serious illnesses). He has also given me good referrals for behavior problems for one of my dogs. I trust Dr. Oliver with the lives of my companion animals.

I am very satisfied with them. Dr. Oliver always spends time and explains things thoroughly. I trust him. He always calls for follow ups and test results, and will stay on the phone to discuss things with you.
