Around The Clock Plumbing and Rooter

Purchased a new toilet from Lowe's and contracted with Around The Clock Plumbing for the installation. They called me within a couple hours to schedule the installation and to my surprise were able to install the very same day. Fillip arrived on time was very professional and was very efficient with removing the old and installing the new. High quality job and I'm very impressed with this company! 5 stars!

The employee failed to communicate the details of the work to be done. He treated me with anger and disdain. When I called the company to complain, the owner yelled at me and failed to even listen to my complaint. I have never been treated so poorly by the lack of professionalism by any other company.

This company is amazing! The serviceman arrived the same day as the product was ordered from Lowes. He arrived in the early in the afternoon and had the job complete and cleaned up in a little over an hour. He was professional while also being friendly. He wore a mask out of respect. I will definitely look to this company again when I need service. I wish I could remember his name. The job was on 12/30/20. Amazing!

Service was paid for by home warranty company, and arranged by Lowe's. The first installer hired by Lowe's wanted to put us off 8 days, but Lowes found Around the Clock who could do it the next day. Around the Clock's technician, Robert, was very thorough and took his time to get it right. Without being asked, he even corrected a plumbing issue with the original DW that was noted by the home inspector. Excellent service and right on time!

It was a very pleasant experience. he was knowledgeable, clean, professional, courteous, friendly, and just everything you would want in a service professional in your home.  After he was done doing the work we hired him for, he offered to fixed work that a previous plumber did incorrectly at no charge.
