There are not enough words to explain how amazing Arizona Total Home Restoration is! This company not only handled my flood, they did it all with a level of professionalism and attention to detail that is at a level nothing short of master class. From the dry wall technicians to cabinetry repairs, shower replacement to tile/ flooring replacement, Arizona Total Home provided top of the line services. Our home flooded on January 13, 2023 and with a single phone call, Nathan and his crew were in our home within the hour accessing the critical areas of damage, the cause of the flood and stabilizing our home so that the water leak would not continue to cause any more damage than it already had. ATH immediately recommended a plumbing service that was also amazing and brought in a crew to remove the water soaked flooring and a crew that included what I consider expert drywall technicians to remove the waterlogged drywall. ATH removed and repaired the affected drywall with precision. You cannot even tell there was ever three feet of wall missing throughout my home; it was done with care and amazing skill. Every room was color matched and repainted and my home, (built in 1981) looks brand new again! Matt, our construction manager and his crew including Houston and Jacob were all an absolute pleasure to work with. I never once had any issues getting in contact with them, and any questions or requests were immediately addressed and taken care of with no problems. Having dealt with this type of home emergency with another company years ago in my previous home, I expected it to be a nightmare. ATH made sure this was anything but that. I am a worrier by nature and I must have called ATH 100 times or more with questions and concerns whether it be construction related, or questions regarding how to work with my insurance company. Each and every call was always met with understanding and patience, which to me made the entire process easy and comfortable setting my mind at ease. ATH was able to gain my trust fully through their hard work and attention to every single detail. ATH treated me like family and carefully and skillfully repaired my home as if it was their own. I highly recommend using Arizona Total Home Restoration to anyone who experiences a flood, fire or any type of home emergency! Although I hope to not need these types of services again anytime soon, I know emphatically who I am calling if I ever do. It happened on the day before Thanksgiving they came out on Thanksgiving day started working I was able to have Thanksgiving dinner I was scared never done it before they walked me through every step of the way check to make sure everything was done after the job is finished I gave them a five star

ATH was a godsend when we suffered water damage due to a neighbor’s bathroom flooding. They were fast to respond, explain everything and they made sure to meet the insurance adjuster at the location to make sure everything was included in the claim. The work perform was amazing, everything outside the working area was covered in plastic up to the ceiling, it was truly amazing to see the amount of prep work that was done before starting the actual drywall cutting and drying. Jacob was always very professional and on top of all the subs to make sure everything was left the same way before the damage, but to my surprise everything was left in better shape than before!! Nathan was always responsive to my questions and helped navigate this stressful moment for us. Thank you Nathan and Jacob for the professionalisms and great workmanship.

ATH Restoration came in and completely remodeled a bedroom and bathroom in my home. They removed a wall in the shower and extended it out 2ft to create a nice big tile shower with a big bench inside. They replaced all the floors tiles, carpet, wall tiles, installed a new vanity, rain shower head, and redid all the paint! It turned out absolutely fantastic! Nathan, Jacob, Jordan, and Mike were so helpful! They communicated the whole time and explained the process as they went. They are all very professional and easy to work with! I would definitely hire them again for any future projects!

My experience with Arizona Total Home Restoration was extremely positive. The team was able to answer all my questions. The demolition was completed within one day, and the residence was cleared for the rebuild to come in by the end of the next day. The team was punctual, professional and just really good people.
