They did a great job and got it done fast.

After speaking with you I understand your frustration is with American express and our merchant services account. I hope they were able to fix the problem for you as I have not heard back from you after letting you know the specific changes they made to the coding of your particular payment. I can appreciate that there are times when circumstances make it tough to live up to your normal standards. I'm willing to work with you on this. Apply my $149 to your $322 estimate and fix my roof. I will be happy to write a new review about that experience.

Original Review:
I placed my order with them on October 13th for a Tile Roof Tuneup, I had three corner tiles blow off the roof in the recent storm so I wanted those fixed and have them look and tune-up the rest of the roof. I was to hear from them within two business days to schedule service. I get this message from them on the 13th:
Hi Steve,
Steve, can we get your phone number to set up a time and date with you. Thanks!

I responded to the email and answered through Angie's List to make sure they got it.
When I didn't hear back I wrote to them on the 16th and got this reply:
Hi Steve,
Our apologies, I wasn't notified of the email till just now. We are extremely bust but I do have a specific person that is getting these done just as fast as possible. I will make sure he contacts you first thing in the morning. Thank you!

Again, I hear nothing back. On the 20th, I emailed them:
I purchased service from you on the 13th. I have yet to hear from anybody about setting up service. Clearly you do not want the business and that is fine with me. How do I get a refund for the voucher I purchased?

After that, I received a phone call from David scheduling service on the 21st. David came to the house and left and I never heard a word. When I got home they had a Roof Inspection paper attached to my door. They wanted to charge 322.00 to fix the three tiles. As for the roof inspection, they wrote "Great Condition".
So basically, their Tile Roof Tuneup is nothing more than paying $149.00 for them to give you an estimate to fix anything they find wrong. Seems pretty shady to me. You should not have to pay for an estimate or, if you do, the amount should be refunded. Especially if the result of such a superficial inspection is "Great Condition".
I would not use them again.

It was extremely busy and we lost a salesman due to cancer and another due to retirement. We did our best with the circumstances at hand. Also we do not create the tune-up criteria, that is made from the Angie's List representative's and we do that list. Their criteria doesn't include replacing broken tile and wasn't included in your tune up purchase. I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with the price of the estimate that was given to you, we have minimum's on the work we do for small repairs. If you would like a free estimate we do offer that at any time. Again, I'm sorry for your dissatisfaction with this experience. We do our best to provided the best experience to our customers and our deeply disappointed in ourselves when we fall short even with the circumstances we were facing at that time. If there is anything we can do to fix your experience we would be happy to do so. Thank you Joshua Smith"
