DO NOT HIRE ARIZONA ROOFING SYSTEMS! I hired them to put on a new roof and walk-out deck for $25,000. What a DISASTER! SHODDY WORK, UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS. DECK They hold a simple roofers CR42 license. Upon learning of this, I halted the work on the deck. They had already installed “sister joists” under the decking which is a VIOLATION OF THEIR LICENSING. They also “repaired” the stucco they damaged which is IN VIOLATION OF THEIR LICENSE. A stucco professional said it must be completely redone. The decking ‘weep screed’ was missing and coatings misapplied. They put their foot through the deck, twice, and which resulted in two large holes in the patio ceiling. They tried to repair them, which they are UNLICENSED to do. ROOF INSTALLATION Poor workmanship resulted in having much of the roof redone. The shoddy work is too extensive to list here. It includes incorrectly applied mortar, tile gaps, vent screens not replaced, roof jacks, sloppy point, missing underlayment, etc.

They did a good job on communicating with us before hand. The deadlines they set were all met. The new roof was on by the previously set deadline and all cleaned up / picked up within a couple of days. We would have preferred a same-day final inspection with our contact, but since we both work, we ended up with a delayed final inspection with our main contact several days after the job was done. In our case, no harm done as they did a good job the first time and only had one minor detail to complete. He said he'd have one of his team back over to fix it up. The next rains came and all was dry inside.

The entire team were friendly, professional, on-time and most importantly HONEST! They showed me the problem that required repair in addition to what I found wrong and fixed only the problems without trying to charge more for work not needed. I will definitely use them for all future roofing business because of their work and honesty which is difficult to find in the valley with so many shaddy businesses and sub-contractors.

Some miscommunication pre- and post project. I had been contemplating roof replacement for a couple years until a slight leak during a stormy, rainy period forced my hand. It was a busy time for all the pros I had contacted and nailing down a start date was a little frustrating but completely understandable. Once started the actual project was less than 3 days—quick and painless. No problems in the 6 months of weather since Arizona Roofing completed their work. Their bid was about 15% below others and I truly feel a great value especially considering the materials and associated warranties. Their front office and project manager were friendly and mostly timely in responses. I paid in full with a personal check at project completion but a month later received an email that I was past due on payment. I responded with a copy of the canceled check.

Poor response when trying to contact office for information. Workers just showed up and started working with out notifying me. Leave with out notifying me. Worst customer service ever experienced. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

They were honest and told me what needed to be done and gave me a written quote before he left. I called the office and Ashley was such a great customer service lady and let me know if I need any more help and if any other problems arrive please call her back.

Communication; coordination lacking. Crew left site for 3 days with no explanation. I called office which promised to find out what's going on and reply. Never called back. Inspector showed up for final payment and was surprised job not finished. Drywall damage inside skylight, but they repaired.

If you are looking to get a quality repair done on your tile roof, don't bother to call Arizona Roofing Systems. We found out the hard way, after the last hard rain our living room area was destroyed. The smell from the wet wood was unbearable, plus the primary walls were soaked. We hired this company to patch our roof. Little did we know until thousands of dollars of damage, that the roofing problem was from the previous owner. We hired this company to fix the roof to keep the water from entering in the front of the house. Arizona Roofing Systems sent several roofers, and none of them saw the real problem ( a hole in the plywood, once removed you could see directly into the living room). Each roofer only put some white paper over the black roofing material that was already deteriorated. All I can say is don't bother. You'll be out more in the long run.

They missed their first appointment. Charged more than insurance suggested. However, they did come weeks before anyone else would after a monsoon damaged hundreds of homes.
