Technician came to do safety check and fill tank. Did safety check then just left property with no notice. Did not fill tank. Simply placed a note on tank that says it needs a new fill valve. NO notice to me the owner. Then charged my credit card $145.00 - when they told me it was only going to be $89.00 for safety check. They did refund me the difference after I complained. This company is run by Morons, and they use incompetent technicians. STAY AWAY!

Very smooth. They assisted in getting local building permit. Arrived on time and completed work as promised. On building inspectors first inspection gas line was found not to be holding pressure. Arizona Propane responded right away and fixed line.

'From phone call to signing the credit card receipt this company was excellent. The service tech Ray was one of the best people I've met that has come to our home to work for a service company. Everything was explained clearly and done neat and clean.
People in the office in scheduling ans billing were very friendly and helpful.  Nothing bad to say at all.
