The truck was ready on Thursday as expected and the repair was done properly. They saved the bad part and showed me exactly where it had failed. The total price was $833.00. I rated the price as a C (Fair) only because I felt it was a FAIR price. I did not feel overcharged which would have rated a D or F, nor could I say that it was an A or B which would have indicated that I had received some great deal or a discount. I believe I was charged a reasonable markup on the part and that they charged honestly for the labor. The technician (Jacob) is very knowledgeable about the Ford 6.0L Power stroke engine and we spent a fair amount of time discussing other work I am considering having done by this shop. I will definitely return and highly recommend this business.

Representative came to the house which is convenient; however, his diagnosis was incorrect and he needed to check with a manager about the repair (whether they could fix what he thought was the issue (clutch) or replace the entire compressor). After repeated calls to see if this was possible, he finally said it could be done, but I needed to call back numerous times for an estimate on this additional work.
