Paid $460 for him to look at living room ceiling and say he didn't think there was any moisture or mold, but if we were concerned we should hire a company to do mold remediation. He did do an air quality test that was sent to a lab however that was only $90 out of the $460. This was a total waste of money.

I wanted a company that didn't have their own agenda (perform mold removal as well as testing). I would use them again if the need arose.
