Tracey was professional, prompt, personable and open with his knowledge. We asked him many questions on how to resolve our issue with asbestos in our home and he gave us practical answers and options . Highly recommend to anyone that needs to have asbestos testing done.

Fair price offered by did an additional test not asked for costing $50 and using a credit card cost $16 so I requested a refund of this $66 and received it.

Tracy was very professional, prompt and courteous. We requested indoor air quality testing as a part of a home inspection. He arrived on time, performed a visual inspection and obtained air samples for testing. He provided a report and answered questions and made himself available for any further questions afterward by email. I rated the value as 2.5/5 stars as the superficial visual inspection was (in our inexpert opinion) the same as was performed by our general home inspector for evidence of mold or water damage however his inspection charge was the same as that of the general home inspector. I was surprised as well to find that radon gas testing was separate and was not performed, and so unfortunately was not able to get that done in the inspection period. I erroneously assumed that it would be part of the air quality testing as it is a gas. Overall, I think the service is excellent and would recommend AZIAQ for Tucson residents, however be aware that the service is quite expensive and you must be very specific with what you want to be tested, but it may well be worth your peace of mind.
