What I liked the most about the experience was Tracy was someone that was very relatable. He said (and I do believe him) that he didn't want me to waste money getting actual samples of the mold, unless I wanted to know what type it was, since the money on the samples would be better spent on the actual eradication of the problem (which he doesn't do). He also came off as a very honest and candid businessman who was professional. He waited to call me until the next day (I did my search at night when I had time, and one of the companies called me at 9:30+ at night...too eager for my taste). I haven't yet received his report, but I appreciated the flexibility that he had in coming to my house at a later hour of the day (he was on time, if not early). I can't say enough positive things about the experience.

They were efficient, responded quickly, and honest. Money was not their first priority, came did the testing sent us the results, then asked for payment. Would use them again and again.

They responded quickly to my request and were here within 48 hours. They delivered the results expeditiously. They followed up with a phone call to make sure I understood the results. They were professional, courteous, and phenomenal!

They told us our air quality was ok. I downloaded the test report of fungal sporesand have no idea what it says but am taking their word for their conclusion. The technician was very prompt, very pleasant, and seemed to be doing wha the was supposed to do.

Very professional and knowledgeable, on time. I had requested a time at 5:15am and he was right on time. I had to buy the test because my landlord refused to even after he promised so my only issue was with the landlord. I would call again if needed.

Did a very good job. The only issue was they took longer than u expected. The require lots of paperwork to be filled out. Other than that they did the job well.
