I'm am very pleased with the service Tracy Herbert & Arizona Indoor Air Quality and Environmental Testing, LLC provided.I called them and explained my situation and they came out the very next day! The inspection was thorough but also quick and they answered all of my questions and adressed all of my concerns! The test results come back promptly and the results are very detailed. Also this company is very affordable compared to others. I was definitely pleased with their professional yet compassionate employee's and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Tracy did everything that we requested always in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond what many contractors provide to meet our needs. He consistently followed through on all commitments. Although we decided, after he placed the radon test kit, not to complete the test we were able to come to a fair agreement to compensate him for the services he did provide up to that point. I would highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed!

This company is great! They came out the very next day and have helped arrange mold remediation services to come out and do estimates for us. They were thorough and professional.

He never returned my call when he told me he would. I called him and set the appointment for the next day. He called me after the appointment time stating his technician was going to be late due to traffic on the expressway. I told him the work on the expressway had been going on for well over a year. When the technician arrived, I asked him what was the real reason he was late and he told me a miscommunication with his boss. The technician was not professional at all and told me I was rude. I responded that I was not rude but was angry. The owner of this company also overcharged my clients and I called him and brought it to his attention and he called my clients and told them he had made a mistake. I got this company through your site and this was a horrible experience.

This was my first experience with air quality testing. Did a little research to find out the basic procedure so knew a little about what to expect. The technician, Devan, conducted a thorough visual check, was very patient, answered questions, and listened to my concerns. The results were shared over the phone by Tracy then emailed.

Very good experience. Done for my work and Tracey was able to provide an invoice for me to send to me corporate office for payment.

The company showed up quick enough and conducted the agreed upon inspection,at the end of the inspection I was informed that the report would not be released until after payment was made. I requested an invoice and received it via email 12 days after the inspection. I mailed a check for payment the same day I waited a couple of few days and I did not hear anything finally after 8 days passed someone finally answered the phone and told that they had not received my check and that they would check the mail box and call back later that day I did not receive a call as promised so I called again the next day and left a message threatening to file a complaint against them. I received an email with an 2 attachments one was a word document with a list of contractors and a PDF of the testing wouldn't you the document could not be opened I tried on to open the document on two different computers no luck I called again and was told that it was not their fault that I could not open the document and that he was driving to flagstaff and would resend the document upon his return. I have never worked with a company that operates in this manner It is my belief that the existing 5 star ratings were most probably written by the company. BUYER BEWARE My next step is to report this business to BBB and initiate court action for a full refund for monies paid.

Tracy was very helpful, didn't charge me as he confirmed my issue on site. Gave me some referrals to other companies that can do the contractor portion of the work.

Tracy was very friendly, courteous and even walked through the process that I would be needing to perform to resolve my mold issues even though it wasn't his responsibility to do so..

Tracy showed up on time and was very professional. We had been feeling ill for some time and a friend suggested to get an air quality test for mold. Rather than simply charge me for an air quality test. He called another contractor to look for water using an infrared temperature detector. They didn't find any signs of water or mold. Tracy saved me the hassle of air quality testing. A good contractor will look out for the customer and saved me the unnecessary charge. Hard to find honesty in this business. Arrived on time (!!) Tracy gives the feeling you're in good hands. He reported the next day, as he said he would, with email and phone call, with lab results. That's what I paid him for. He was also able to provide list of companies in Tucson, that remove mold and repair the area. That was a help. He's a nice guy too!
