Tracy came this Monday, looked around, took pictures and one sample, promised to call me by Thursday or Friday with results but I haven't heard from him and this is Sunday. If he is sick or the sample result is not in, I would have expected someone on his staff to let me know. I do not know if I have a problem or not, just guesses.

Mr. Herbert was quick to respond to my inquiry. I needed a mold inspection immediately and he was out the following morning to view the property and take samples. He is extremely knowledgable, trustworthy and recommends only what is needed (doesn't try to upsell other unnecessary services). I would highly recommend Mr. Herbert!
