After finding a scorpion on our living room floor in July 2014, we have been using AZ Exterminating to treat our home on a monthly basis. Greg, our technician, comes out once a month to treat the interior and exterior of our home. We haven't seen so much as an ant since he began. We set up a schedule with Greg to come out on the same day and time every month. He always calls the day before to make sure we're planning on him. It's been a great experience for the past year and we're looking forward to continuing to use AZ Exterminating for a long time.

I live in a home that has had a termite coverage warranty with this company since 1977. We are the second or third owners during that time, and the warranty has passed down and been renewed every year. When we were pulling off some old wood paneling, I found another layer of paneling underneath, and unfortunately termite damage. I called up and set a service appointment under the warranty. The two guys who came out to provide the warranty service were absolutely amazing. They were very experienced, friendly and considerate. The potential treatment area was larger than expected, however since I had the floors out at the time they took a pro-active approach to the problem and I'm so thankful and pleased with the service. I hope to not have to call them out again, however I gladly pay that renewal fee knowing there is solid service behind it.

Other than being very disappointed that we had termites in our large silk oak trees everything went fine. The termites caused a large bulge on the trunk.
I was referred to Az Exterminating by the HOA because several trees in the area were infected. The Company came out promptly and treated the trees as well as the perimeter of the whole house. They put maintenance traps in the ground at each corner.
They explained to me why I needed to pay $85 for periodic treatments over the year. The thing is I am convinced that they are an honest company and know what they are doing.
Overall I am very satisfied with the company and the same tech who came out each time.

We had termites at our home over ten years ago. We had Arizona Exterminating take care of the problem. It took them several visits but eventually they exterminated the termites. We were happy with the service and had them come out annually to inspect the premises. The inspector, Tom A. was always easy to set up appointments with and was prompt, professional and appeared to take his time doing the inspection thoroughly.  Starting last year a new inspector came out and rushed through the process, collected a check and was gone. This year, I called to schedule an appointment, asked that so I could get to work by noon could I be first on the books. The woman making the appointments said best they could do is sometime between 8 & 10 and they could come out the following day. I asked if I could make an appointment the following week and be first on the books and she told me it would be between 8 & 10.  I made the appointment and hoped for the best. The Wednesday of the appointment came and at 8:15 the service guy called and said he was already running late but would be there by 9:00. 9 came, then 9:15, 9:30 and then 9:45. Then I received a text message he would be late, I messaged back that if he could not be there by 10 to forget it. A few texts back and forth and I made another appointment and he promised to put me first and be on time. I reflected on the situation and realized that I had been paying for years for something I didn't need, an extended warranty, I could have purchased the service all over again cheaper. So, I canceled the appointment. The moral of this story for service providers is that when your service starts to be non customer focused, people start evaluating the cost-return index and make other decisions. I thank you for opening my eyes to the reality but my advice would be for you to hire someone to teach you what customer service is and how to have customer focus or you will lose many more customers.

I have used them for about 2 years. I think their rates are reasonable and they have certainly been reliable. They call in advance to let me know when they are coming. I haven't had any issues. I will continue to use them.

We use them every month, and we have been using them for about 10 years. They do a good job. They are always here when they say they are going to be. We haven't had any issues with pests in or around our home. They are efficient, and they do their job. We will continue to use them in the future.

They come out once a month and spray for bugs, if anything is wrong they take care of it. They've been good.

I have a contract with them. They have been wonderful. Any time we have a problem we call them and they come out again.

They spray the exterior or the house. They also set up traps outside to catch the bugs. They do a good job. I do not have any bugs in the house. They get back to me when I call them rite away.

I have them come monthly. I have used them for 15 years and am very comfortable with them coming to my home. I will continue using them in the future.

I prefer not to disclose the amount that I spent on their services. They always come and they're dependable. They seem to do a good job. If I have any concerns, they come back. I use them all the time and will continue to use them in the future as well.

We have been using them for about five years now and we got them through a referral. They do a very good job. They are reliable. They always call to let us know that they are coming out and they ask if we need anything else from them. We pay $80 every three months or so.

The service guy was nice. They seemed very knowledgeable. They were easy to get in touch with. It was easy to talk with a person. There were no complications. I would use them again in the future if need be.

They call you before they come out so you can be prepared. They have different sprays for specific type of scorpions which most of the exterminate companies don't. They also tell you what things they did with deadliest insects. They did a good job. They are a well known company for exterminating.

Not the best experience. They lost our entire file for our new house just as we were having construction done and did not respond to our emergency requests for termite coverage. Then we had a problem with our bank-generated payment one month, and got sent to collections without even a courtesy call, dispite the fact that we had spoken with the office to let them know of the problem. The techs that did the spraying were fine, but constantly changed, not a surprise considering the service we received from the management.

They showed up on time, but the guy who came out was somewhat careless in our home (hitting walls with his hose). We had contracted to have a snake treatment done, but the guy who came out had no idea what the treatment even was. I contacted the salesperson, who said he would have another technician out the following Monday. No one showed up. He did not know that we would know this as we were away at the time, but security logs indicated he had not come in. I asked him about it, and he said well - they were going to come later in the week and do it. I think they were just going to blow it off - thinking we would never know that they were not there. I told him I wanted to discontinue the service, and he was nice about it - I just would have liked them to do the job correctly.

We noticed a smell in our courtyard and it was obviously something that had died and was stuck somewhere. We thought it was in the roof tiles. I called to ask if this company could assist and they said they could come out that day. When the technician arrived, his only concern was to sign me up for a service and do a termite inspection so he could get more $$$ out of me which I declined. He said, "So you just want me to remove the dead animal?". I said that is what I wanted. He charged me $150.00, went on the roof for 10 minutes, came back in and said he couldn't find it. Then he said it was somewhere near the pond pump and that he "poked around with a stick but couldn't find it". He said just to wait a few days and it would stop smelling. Gee, thanks a lot. He than left and kept my $150.00. I would never call this company again. They did nothing and just took my money. They should have said up front that they were unable to assist with this problem. Instead they came out and tried to sell me something and when I didn't want it, basically stole $150.00 from me to do nothing. He should have given me my money back when he realized he could not or did not want to deal with it. It smelled so bad by morning it was horrible. My husband and i spent about an hour and finally found it in a drain and were able to wash it out with a hose.

It's difficult to know how effective the service is, since one would need to be able to compare before and after and we've always had a service. However, the prior service entity, in my opinion, was more customer focused and attentive.

They were great and did an excellent job removing the bees. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of pest control service. They were very fast and polite and I was extremely happy with them.

They come every two months and make sure they always call the night before to let me know they're coming which is great for me. They do a good enough job for me. I have to pay them whenever they come out because we don't have a signed contract.
