I was told the day before they would arrive between 8:30 and 9:00. They did call before 9 to say they would arrive after 11:00 AM. Three workmen arrived. While two took the doors off the truck, one started to remove the house to garage door. When the door was brought in, they found it had the wrong swing. Since the old door was removed and the door frame demoed, they had to install the wrong door till a replacement could be installed. The crew leader thought that one could be installed the following day. The next day I was told that they did not have the door I needed in stock. On Monday I was told that my door had arrived and the installer would arrive between 11:00 and noon. He was right on time. Since his helper was not available, he took more time to install the door. The extra time was worth the quality of the installation. The other doors were at my rear entry. They removed the old doors and installed a new fiberglass door and frame, and reinstalled my existing security door. By extending the door sill, they made my rear security door usable as a screen door. The garage to house door installation had the best final quality of installation. For example, the nailing of the frame to the studs was done with the nails close to the jam. Thus hiding the nails under the seals. The back door frame had nails that had to be filled before paining.

The customer service was superior. He was very nice and professional. It was a little hard to get ahold of him, but once we started emailing it was fine.
