UNBELIEVABLE!! What a transformation. This company does what they say they are going to do. Dave is AWESOME, Deb AWESOME, his crew is AWESOME! Pictures below is how they left it, CLEAN. I could not in good conscience recommend this company in the future. We were initially impressed with their website claim that they were "artesans", not installers. Nothing could be further from the truth. The result turned out to be unimaginative, basic, and not at all what we thought would be the result. Their communication after starting the work was poor and that's being polite. I was very disappointed with the result.

The experience went well. I think that finer details they didn't follow up on but generally it went well. They were very neat, they did an excellent job. The completed the job quickly. But some minor details they never came back to finish. Because of that I would not recommend, I would not call them again. They also did not meet code in what they did They had to have someone come out and fix what they did. I am worried about the electrical that they did in my patio may not be up to code.

The Arizona Creative Surfaces services were fantastic. They did a great job. Their pricing is reasonable. They were on time and they followed-up when they told us they would.

The guys appeared to be knowledgable enough, one was owners son, another was being trained, another did not say too much.
Be prepared to have a mess made to your swimming pool, Pay only with cashier check deposits and payments,
Make addendum to have the privilege to walk the final product before payment and do not pay until 100% satisfied.

The finish on the deck was good, however there were problems. The turf was not fully protected. I call the owner after the first application before they came back for the final and voiced my concern. They tried not to get paint on it but still did. There was also bits of coating in the turf. When I asked about the cleaning of the pool it had not been scheduled and I had to contact the owner to make sure it was done. At first he said I wouldn't need some one that my pool vac would get it. I said it would not and insisted in a pool cleaner. (He came the day after the completed it which was good but said my system could not have cleaned it. He even had some problems. )
When the representative came to get collect the last payment I mentioned it to him and his only response was that he was surprised that the man they sent was usually very good. There also was paint on some plants, fence and house siding that I had to touch up. The paint on the wood began to peel within 3 weeks much sooner than I would have expected. They were on time and finished ahead of schedule and the deck looks nice. The problems could have been avoided by careful preparation.

They did a good job. It did take them longer than they had originally said but did get everything done before my deadline.

We had two different companys give us an estimate. The Arizona Creative Surfaces estimate was higher than the second company but the quality/warranty was much better with ACS. The ACS warranty was a lifetime warranty and the other companys warranty was for two years. We decided to go with ACS after looking at the driveway and patio of a previous customer.
The workers showed up on time both days and were easy to work with when we had questions. The job was completed on time and we are very happy with the results. We would highly recommend this company.

David of Arizona Creative Surfaces met with me twice before actual work. He was on time and courteous. In both meetings he answered all my questions and concerned. Initial telephone calls were answered by a real person, who was polite and scheduled David's consultations at my home.

Work crew showed up on time, as scheduled, on each of the 4 days. They were professional. They were able to transform very old, multilayered, pool decking into a beautiful area.

Dave showed up to give us a quote and we worked with him to establish the schedule. The guys showed up on the scheduled day and scraped the existing surface and provided us with color samples. They were very good at communicating with my husband and I what they were planning to do. They were also very patient with some last minute changes we made.

They had to grind off an old surface that had chipped over time (done by another company). The process that was used to recover the concrete was much more involved than the first time and the workers were here for 4 days. They were very careful with everything, always on time, and responsive to my requests. They even recolored some of the stones when I didn't like what I had selected. It looks great. The patio only has to be sealed once - not every year like the old surface, which, by the way, we never did and is probably the reason it chipped.

Cody followed up w/us, measured the work that we wanted completed and gave us an estimate. After some refinement of the contract, we signed, about 3 months later. Cody and the workers arrived as promised and began the process of preparing the pool deck and concrete. They found evidence of water vapor transfer through the concrete and deck, as well as problems w/the condition of the original pool deck. Dave Eaton, the owner, told us that the entire pool deck would need to be removed and that a sealant that would reduce the vapor transfer needed to be applied. Thought this normally would have added 100's of dollars to the work, Dave assured us that the cost would be absorbed by his company, as the omission was their error and not ours. The work took 5 days to complete (w/2 add'l days for the front entry way 2 weeks later). The workers were courteous, clean and skilled and the work looks great!
