ARIZONA CAR WASH CO

Charged me $200 for one vehicle and $120 for the other. When I asked to speak with a manager the first thing that Mike told me was to "Calm Down".  What do mean "Calm Down",  I'm only asking you to look at my cars and explain to me why one was $200 and one was $120.  He told me it was because of the color of the interior.  Black verse tan.  You would think that they would charge more for the tan because it shows the dirt more.  I had also asked that the finger smudge on the head liner be removed.  I was told that they did not do that.  The employee that wrote up my ticket told me that it was no problem and they would take care of it for me.   Employees work on commission and I felt they took advantage of my husband.   Mike had no interest in making me a Happy Customer nor could careless how long I had been a customer.  
 

Very unimpressed with the wash and detail. I had to instruct the workers to redo several things... Wheels, windshield and windows. The upsell was obvious the second I pulled in. I would fault poor management. Typical money-grabbers leaving customer service to the side. Avoid if you can.

I've used this car wash for basic washes for quite some time and they're okay for this service, but I was pressured into a Buff and Wax service by the guy checking me in.  My car needed waxing as it hadn't been done in some time and I felt having it machine buffed was called for because it had been so long since the last wax.
I stayed and watched during the "Detailing" because previous experience with car wash detailing services has shown me that the workers tend to do as little as possible and less than the service you pay for.  This was no exception.  The waxer only applied and buffed out the hood, roof, and top back of my vehicle where it was easily accessible and showed.  When they waved me over when the vehicle was "done" I had to point out all the areas that had not been waxed.  I went back to sit and the waxer applied partially to the areas I had pointed out.  Then I had to call a manager over to show them the areas that had been missed and ruminate why it was necessary for me to keep coming back to the vehicle to point these areas out.  Eventually the job was done, but I spent 3 hours there overseeing the project to ensure I got what I paid for.

As soon as I pulled into the carwash the up sell began as the "sales person" immediately began pressuring me to buy the most expensive package. I declined and instead asked for the "Silver" package.
Unfortunately, the sales person was unable to remove the antennae from my Ford F150. He attempted this with a pair of pliers placing the bare metal of the pliers on the painted antennae and removing only the paint from the base of the antennae.
Why wouldn't a car wash have a simple open ended wrench to easily remove an antennae without damaging it like I did when I got home ...  before I repainted the base of the antennae.
At the very least, wouldn't it be prudent to use a rag between the pliers and the antennae to eliminate removing the paint!?!

Went in for a window tint for my Hyundai and also wanted it for my wife's Prius. They came in with the best price in the valley with a great warranty and service.  They were very helpful and were able to throw in a carwash, detailing interior and a handwax as part of the service.
