I had taken my car to another shop and was quote $1,500.00 for service. They said that there were a lot of issues with the car. I took it to Arizona BMW and they told me none of those major issues were real and only charged $300.00 for the service they performed.

Very easy to work with, got the work done when they said they would, competitive pricing, easy to deal with. My only issue was a wait to get the tires - they didn't bring my car in to look at it and figure out what the issue was until late in the day and couldn't get the tires until the next day. However I thought it was an alignment problem, not a tire, so they didn't realize that's what the issue was until later. In the end, it was done the next morning and all is well.
