Arizona 24 Hour Glass And Door Repair

At about 5:30 pm on a Saturday, our chocolate lab ran full force into our sliding glass door shattering the glass.  After trying for 20
minutes for someone that would come out on a Saturday evening we found this company.
I had to leave a message but they called back within 5 minutes.  They had our window in stock and had a technician respond immediately.  We are located a ways from town but the tech got here very quickly.  He had the job done in less that 45 minutes.
The total coast included a $250 charge for the emergency service and we decided to get the upgraded glass as this is the second time in about 6 months we have had to had our glass replaced.  So the total price would have been about $200 less had we purchased the regular glass.
The service was fast, professional and good quality.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

My husband broke a window while landscaping our yard over the weekend before Thanksgiving. We considered having it repaired immediately, but realized we would pay substantially less if we waited, so we had them come out on Monday the 19th. We were quoted $360 and told that the glass would need to be ordered. We paid 50%, with the remainder due when the window was installed the next day. The next day, no one came at the time we'd agreed upon the day before, and my husband had to call several times and leave messages before they called us, AFTER the appointment time, to tell us that the replacement glass had broken and they wouldn't be able to come. Several days later, my husband had to continue calling and leaving messages, in addition to e-mail (absurd, since they have "24 hour" in their name and therefore, should be available 24 hours) because they didn't show up at the agreed-upon time (Monday the 26th) AGAIN! 
When someone did come to repair the window today, she did not do a good job, and my husband pointed it out. The window is obviously not the work of a professional and looks more like something my husband would do since he is not a window repair professional! She agreed that her work was sub par and that he should not have to pay for it (apparently, the 50% already paid could not be refunded due to the glass being custom-cut). Later that evening, her husband called and demanded that my husband apologize for intimidating her by not leaving the room where she was working, as well as making other inappropriate comments that had nothing to do with the service provided. The fact that he called demanding an apology is also absurd, as a homeowner has every right to be there when someone is working on/in their home!
Obviously, we will NEVER call this company again and will do our best to help others avoid the problems we've faced with them!
