They offer 24 hour fitness and compared to another major competitor it is a small gym, very intimate. They provide ice water, bananas and are very accommodating.

Overall, the experience has been great. I really like the fact that the gym doesn’t have a lot of small children running around, like other gyms that I’ve been to had. They’re open 24 hours a day. We travel quite a bit, and we can use their facilities nationwide. It’s a fairly small facility, but the equipment is all up-to-date. The approximate cost is for both my husband and I per month. They have personal trainers as well. I’m happy using their services.
