My Husband was just charged $150 for a simple job that took less then 30mins. The sales person lied to me on the phone about how much it was going to cost for the total job. Their 10% discount is totally useless. Also when i asked how much it would be he just gave me the service call charge making that sound like thats what it will be to do the job of unlocking the door. Once he arrived we all of a sudden needed more work and the charge is well over anything i ever expected. Then the sales man accused me of lying and said that i didnt understand. Horrible service. They will try to get every last penny from you. I do not trust my house to be safe and will be getting the lock changed again.
Think twice before you go with them.
