This company was able to come out the next day. A rep. from AAA Allstate Garage Door arrived, it appeared they subcontract the work to them. They came as scheduled, & ordered a garage door and opener to be installed a week later. They waived the service call, & gave me a cut on the garage door opener. They came a week later, & said the garage door would not fit, the upper tracks would hit a wall running parallel, the wall had to be notched or moved to make it fit. No convincing could make them install the door. I proceeded to cut a slot in the wall, & they came the next week to install it. Now 3 weeks into this ordeal, & they showed up 4 hours late. They installed the garage door, and proceeded to cut out more drywall to put in the hanger for the track also. I went back, and moved the track and brace over 3 inches, patched, re-textured, and repainted my wall. It never needed to be cut to make the garage door work.

VERY COMPETITIVE RATE. THEY CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER WE CALLED, WERE FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND QUICK. THE LADY ON THE PHONE WAS ALSO VERY COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

THEY QUOTED ONE PRICE OVER THE PHONE, AND GAVE ME A DIFFERENT PRICE IN PERSON. HE DID DO THE WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. I FELT LIKE HE MADE COMMISSION OFF OF EVERYTHING HE SOLD AND THAT HE MADE UP PRICES AS HE WENT ALONG.

PERSON PERFORMING SERVICE CALL DID A GOOD JOB, BUT I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE SERVICE CALL.

THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVELY PRICED. WE ACTUALLY BOUGHT A SERVICE AGREEMENT WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO FIX THE BROKEN SPRING. THE AGREEMENT IS A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON SPRINGS SO WE CAN HAVE THEM REPLACED AT NO COST. I BELIEVE THAT HAS VALUE, BECAUSE THREE KIDS USE THE GARAGE TO COME IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE MULTIPLE TIMES EACH DAY. THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY NEED TO GET THE WORK DONE.
