It went fine. The price was probably pretty good. They were punctual and they did what they said they're going to do. They cleaned up very well. They were very neat around it. We had some shutters that were already put in and they had some pretty good minute work to do around it and they did a good job with that. They were in and out. I would have never known they were here except for the new paint.

Painted our great room which is a combined family room and kitchen. I was extremely pleased with the process from start to finish. Tim (the owner) came to quote the price, explain exactly how everything would proceed and confirmed the date and time the painters would show up. On the day the painting was to be done, he showed up ahead of the painters' arrival with the paint and other equipment needed for the job. DUE TO AN ERROR ON MY PART, one of the two paint colors that was brought to the job was not the one i had intended for the room to be painted. Rather than delay or reschedule the job, Tim waited for the two painters to arrive, explained to them what had happened, instructed them to begin prepping, and then to start the job by painting the accent wall while he went back to the paint store to get the correct paint for the remaining walls of the kitchen and family room. I am sure this extra trip set Tim back in his day as far as supervising and quoting other jobs, but he took it in stride and was back with the new paint in a very short time. He was professional and pleasant in all interactions we had. He followed up with me when the job was completed to make sure i was pleased with the results. Rafael and Pancho were the two painters. I can't say enough good things about them either. They arrived on time, did thorough prep work prior to painting and finished the job on time as promised. And cleaned up after the job so that you wouldn't even know they had been there in the first place! Very professional. Very neat. Very organized. The paint was of good quality, the paint lines were straight, and i was totally happy with how great the new colors changed the overall appearance of the room. I had been wanting to have this room painted for about 8 years. So glad now that it is done and looks so great! THANKYOU to Tim, Pancho, and Rafael

I choose this company based on references from several co-workers.  I work at an engineering company and believe me when I say these are some very demanding customers, very thorough and critical. If you get a good reference from that crowd, it means a lot! Tim very thoroughly described their process which involves trenching around the foundation, thorough washing, prep (caulk, patch, sanding etc), and two coats of paint.  He offers 3 price points based on the level of paint that is used.  I went with the cheapest, which comes with a 10 year paint and his 3 year warranty. He was running a summer special since people are less inclined to paint during monsoon season. 

I was a little wary too, but he assured me that he works around the weather to assure any paint is dry before storms hit, and if a dust storm blew through, he would re-wash before continuing.  That said, the pricing may vary depending on the season and the level of paint used. The job took 3.5 days.  He and his crew of 2 showed up promptly at 6am every morning.  Each morning he would brief me on progress and ask if I had any questions or concerns. During the process, I did find one spot they missed caulking around the grill, but that was taken care of that day.  There was never any push-back like I've experienced in the past from other service providers.  He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the process and result.

On final inspection, everything was great.  No missed spots that I've found yet (he actually found a one I didn't on the final walk and took care of it then).  If I do find any, he assured me he'd come back to make it right. His cleanup was thorough.  My yard is probably cleaner now than when he first arrived. He even re-varnished my front door, which wasn't covered in the original quote.  Granted it took about $1-2 of varnish and just a few minutes of his guy's time, but I thought it was a cool bonus.

 Overall I'm very pleased with the work and would use him again in the future.  I definitely recommend this company.

I had some drywall repairs at my home and was in need of a painter to paint over repairs.  The Drywall Guys recommended Tim Rochford of Ameri Pro of Gilbert.  Since I had such good luck with the Drywall Guys, I called called Tim.  I am so glad I did.  He came the next day, gave me his estimate and I scheduled the job right away.  Tim went over paint choices and colors.  He dropped off paint samples the next day.  On the day when painting began, Tim and two of his workers showed up at the specified time and began work immediately.  I had them here for two days and everything was done to perfection.  I am so happy with the outcome I don't know why I waited 10 years living with white walls!!  Clean up was done and it was if they were never here.  The wall color turned out exactly as I wanted.  If you are in need of a painter, Tim is the guy to call.  You will be happy you did.  I highly recommend him.
