AM2PM Carpet Cleaning Restoration

A single service person from AM2PM came out in the late afternoon and cleaned the slate until late into the evening.  He then came back the following day to apply the enhancer/sealer (again by himself).  The product was put on quite thick and we were told that it could take all night to dry.  Approximately 12 hours + later the floor had a very shiny-appearing, thick buildup/residue.  We contacted AM2PM who sent a crew of 2 to assess the problem.  In the interim, we looked at the instructions on the product and contacted support from the product company who stated that the product was to be applied and then excess removed.  This was not done by AM2PM who clearly had no idea how to use this product.  They spent the better part of a day first attempting to remove the excessive product (unsuccessfully) and then trying to remove all of the product from the slate.  This too proved to be only partially successful.
We ultimately needed to bring in another company to completely remove the product and restore the slate back to it's original condition prior to AM2PMs botched attempt.  This cost us almost as much as what AM2PM charged for their service...and then had to pay to have the enhancer/sealer applied appropriately.
We had several conversations with Jacob who claims to be AM2PM's supervisor.  We requested a complete refund of our money as they "guarantee" and "warantee" their work according to their website.  He indicated that he did not have the authority to give a refund and that would have to be decided by the owner.  We have requested on several occasions to speak to the owner and he has never been available nor returned our calls.
If/when the owner does contact us and makes restitution for their subpar work using a product that they clearly had no idea how to apply (all they had to do was follow the instructions on the product), I will update my review.  Until then BUYER BEWARE!
