Art and his team were the best experience I have had in remodeling my home. We replaced all the flooring, remodeled the entire primary bathroom and closet (taking out walls), lowing floors, taking soffits down, rewiring, tiling the sunken fire pit…it was a lot. Art came with a plan, realistic estimates, and a great team. He walked us through what he heard the changes were, gave recommendations, but essentially listened to what we wanted and gave it to us. The remodel took over 2-3 months and in that time his team were clean, polite, worked weekends, and always moved the project forward. The amazing thing Art did was that when he saw something not to his standard he made his guys do it again. He always came to check on the quality and held his group to a high standard. We had a water leak 6 weeks after construction, it wasn’t his fault but in checking that it wasn’t he also fixed it, for free. We highly recommend him and his team.
Description of Work: Change the entire bathroom layout and primary closet, refloor the entire house, lower floors, paint walls, rewire electrical, move air conditioning vents, remove walls and kitchen soffits.

My handyman referred me to Kiki and he and Art Ruiz showed up promptly at 8 the morning that they were supposed to. Due dealing mainly with my handyman I was unclear that I was supposed to purchase the glue and grout, so while I went out to purchase them both, they both got right to work measuring, laying out and cutting the tile. When I returned they were ready to go and it took them one afternoon to lay it all down with the "glue" (don't remember what it's actually called) and the next day they returned to do the grout. When they finished it was even better than I had imagined. They did a superb job with the design the I had created complete with accent tiles and 2 different borders as well as 2 different patterns for the tile to be positioned. Both men were a pleasure to be around...very friendly and professional. I remarked that I was interested in watching in order to learn how it's done in the event that I'm ambitous enough to eventually do it myself in the bathroom and they were so wonderful about educating me as they went. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and outcome. My kitchen backsplash looks absolutely beautiful! Art even followed up with me regarding giving it all a final wipe-down and spraying on the sealer a couple of days later (sealer can't be applied right when it's done). As a final note, I would caution you that if you have intricate tiles that are not flat, you may want to ask that they are taped over before the grout work is done so that the wipe-down of those is effortless. Otherwise, it sure does take a while to use a brush to get it off.
Description of Work: They tiled my kitchen backspash with a diamond shaped pattern with accent tiles and borders...approx. 35 sq. ft.
