All Paint & Repair

Anthony cancelled first appointment and showed up late for the second one with his 14 month old daughter. (Which honestly, I did enjoy playing with her while he looked at the room and discussed what was needed with my husband.) The job was started on time. (This job was done while we were at work.) They sprayed the closet, bathroom walls and ceilings. The actual paint job wasn?t bad but there were a number of things that needed to be corrected. Sadly we paid him with the promise from him that he would return to fix everything after Christmas. Problems not rectified: ?Nails from former molding needed to be removed, holes filled, and touched up with paint ?they did not fill and/or repair any holes in the doors or walls prior to painting. ?the baseboards were sprayed the same color as the walls and needed to be repainted to match the rest of the trim. ?one area of baseboard needed to be filled sanded and painted (the baseboard had to be patched in this area. ?one area near the shower wall had not been painted. There was a dispute about the baseboards. Anthony said he had been instructed to paint them the same as the wall. We feel that we did not tell him and that either way we would like them repainted to match the trim. He told us it would be no problem for him to come back and fix the things up. Two weeks went by and he didn?t show. My husband contacted him and again and was told that he had completed the job and did not need to return. Finally Anthony relented and said he would send his assistant to correct the problem. Twice now he has been a no show.
