THEY RETURNED OUR PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY. THE REPAIR TECH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE FIXED THE TWO RECLINERS AND TOLD US IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE, GIVE THEM A CALL.

THE WORKMEN ARRIVED AND SHOWED ID. THEY TOOK APART THE SOFA IN MY HOME AND WERE ONLY SUPPOSED TO REUPHOLSTER THE SEATING. THEY NOTICED THAT SOME OF THE SPRINGS HAD COME UNATTACHED AND HE NOT ONLY REATTACHED THEM FOR ME, HE REMOVED THE STAPLES USED BY THE FACTORY AND USED HIS OWN SCREWS TO RE-ATTACH THEM, AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED WITH THE WORK, THEY EVEN VACUUMED THE JUNK AND CRUMBS THAT HAD FALLEN OUT OF MY SOFA WHILE THEY WERE WORKING. EXCELLENT COMPANY! WILL USE AGAIN!
