Beware that the flat service fee for the visit is not a diagnostic fee like most other places. My AC went out and I would spend hours troubleshooting with Nest. Turns out my Nest thermostat was faulty. I told the tech all about the troubleshooting steps I took. After a bunch of debugging, he crossed 2 wires at my wall to override the thermostat, which turned on the AC proving that my AC is working fine. For that service, I was charged $185. And since my Nest is out of warranty, I am out another $250 to replace the device as well. That is not Air Care fault but I wish I had gone with a company that just charges a flat diagnostic fee so that I would not have been charged an arm and a leg just to tell me my thermostat needs replacing.
