Everything went really well.

Tech was very professional and explain what needed to be done. We signed up again for there warranty services and air conditioner service inspection. They have been there for us since 2017

Excellent work! We have been with Air Care for over 5 years. If you are needing ANY AC services look no further . Techs always arrive as scheduled and are prepared to spend the time to make sure your needs are met. Once we had a weekend emergency as the AC went out in 115 degree heat ...they were there the same day !! We just had the UV system installed in our unit and believe it was worth every penny. Great - He was here on time, explained what he was going to do, showed the one minor issue that needed to be addressed and completed the work all on the same visit. Had dealt with them shortly after we bought the house last year and they came out, listened to the issue and explained how to make the whistling noise go away without even accepting payment, which I was prepared to give. Integrity - not a word I take lightly - These folks have it!

The service was done right.

It was perfect. They were very good at what they're doing. They were always on time and professional. They had good customer service.

The service went well, they did a good job, the only thing is they only gave one estimate on the ductworks which just a part of the air conditioning, They were able to get hold of the original guy that installed my air conditioner and everything worked out well, the initial guys that came was very vague on what they were going to do, and got hold of Andre, and eventually things worked out and got straightened out very well.

They did a good job, they were clean, on time, they were there when they said they will and I was impressed.

Went fine, came and checked everything out. Helped adjust thermometer. Everything is working fine and it was nice to have someone come out to check that.

It was great. I would recommend them.

Now Air Care says the their employee Rudy was fired and that they are not responsible for what he did to my unit. When I contacted Rudy on his cell phone He said that his boss at Air Care knew he was there and that they had authorized his use of company van and equipment to do repairs, now Air Care is denying this. This company is a scam stay away from them. I would not recommend them to anyone

It took two days and broke down two times but they jumped on to it right away. I am satisfyed with their work.

Don't do business with someone doing telemarketing.  Get references from friends of someone they feel is honest and trustworthy. I was a bit suspicious from the start when the truck pulled up as there was no company name on the truck and it had a Colorado license plate on it.  Buyer be ware!!

Air Care installed an AC unit at one of my rental properties in 2008.  The installation guy pressured me to buy a big warranty.  The unit has required repair twice since installation with outrageous charges. Of course, none of the repairs were covered under the "great" warranty I was talked into buying. 

At the last repair, the guy offered to "waive" the $1,000 bill if I bought a 5-year extended service warranty.  The pressure to buy this "extended warranty" was incredible.  It was literally impossible to speak to the guy in the office without him pushing the plan.  By then, nothing this company did or said felt right.  I called 3 other top Angies List AC companies and it turns out Air Care was charging me about double what these other companies would have charged.  The "extended warranty" was nothing but a scam for them to come back year after year and charge me for more unneeded stuff.

I talked to the owner of Air Care and he agreed to reduce the outrageous charges slightly.  However, I looked at my credit card statement and they charged me for the service plan even though I said NO!  Now, I'm sure I'll have a credit card dispute on my hands.  Nice.

In summary, unless you have money to burn on unneeded repairs or want to be pressured into buying useless warranties, avoid this company like the plague.

P.S. When I spoke with the owner of the company and mentioned that his business practices could affect the reputation of his company, particularly on a resource like Angies List, he literally told me, "I don't care."

Update Sept., 2011:  Less than 2 weeks after the "repair" the exact same problem recurred.  I didn't have a chance to pay them for the original service.  Bryson with Air Care demanded to be paid before they would even consider coming out.  I said that the original problem hadn't been fixed and I would pay when they fixed the unit.  He hung up on me.

Another update:  I went back and looked at a "warranty" repair from 2009.  Even though the unit was under the great warranty they sold me, they still charged me $325 for a capacitor.  Today I discovered the part can be bought for $34 at a local AC supply house.  

I really like the service they provide for me, they re very prompt and professional. They quickly came out and replaced the part that was busted on my a/c unit. Overall I was pretty satisfied with them. Their pricing was reasonable as well.
