AHS Floor care

Purchased a Living Social floor cleaning coupon for 1000 sq feet to be cleaned for $79.  They arrived on time and were friendly.  Then proceeding to convince me my travertine floor and grout needed to be cleaned and the travertine floor should be sealed since we have not done that in several years.  Told them I just wanted my floors steam cleaned.  They said they would move the furniture etc. and really thought I should power clean the floors and not just steam clean.  They spoke with my husband, who has Parkinson's, and he agreed to do the floors.  They proceeded to clean the floors and carpet clean 4 regular sized bedrooms.  All seem to go ok until I came in to look at the floors.  The grout had been removed from several large areas of the floor and the sealant was smeared inconsistently all over the floors like milky white paste.  The floors were filthy with debris and milky sealant.  When I called and emailed Jason he said they would come and repair it.  I said I never want them in my house again.  Jason said he would mail a check for $200 to cover the repair of the floor that I had to hire to have it done.  We live in a very upscale home and they felt to way over charge because of this.  DO NOT USE THEM!!!!  Saw their reviews on YELP and they were horrible.

This place has the worst customer service. You will never actually speak to a human. They hide behind voice mail. They never showed up, after we moved all of our furniture and rugs, and wasted an entire Saturday waiting for them
