Gate was installed on time (after he returned from his vacation). Gate was not installed with adjustable hinges, so it sags. I called the owner and he said "it is a heavy gate". He gave me shims to jack up one side of the gate and came out on one return visit to add some spacers to the lower hinge to help lift the gate at the far end. says he gets multiple calls a week on sagging gates, and that he never has used adjustable hinges in the 20+ years he has been doing this. I guess he cant put 2 and 2 together, His price was low, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Excellent work, timely, very professional. They had to return to adjust the gate, but this was cheerfully done and I appreciated it. I have used them to a prior gate and was very satisfied. I would recommend them highly to others!
