I had Adams come out after my plumber Kevin from Ready Rooter Plumbing solution came out and found my bust cast iron drain line in the wall. Not only did he get the job done right the first time . He got my insurance company to pay back 85% of the job. And Adams came in and got all the work done in a very timely manner. Jase was e perfect worker. And the people in the office was nothing but helpful. Thank you again Adams for everything.

Company is too overloaded with other projects took way too long to get my small bathroom taken care of. Between being assigned a shoddy project manager and sub contractor, I had to call so many times to get my complaints resolved. However, once I was assigned a good project manager things when mostly smoothly and I am really happy with the end result. This company is overloaded with projects but they did make it right whenever there was an issue.

While quick to respond and less expensive than other companies, they seem like a disorganized mess. I was told one flat rate over the phone when scheduling. Then one worker showed up early to try to quote us for more home improvement projects even when nothing but one test was requested. He told us a different price per test. We then received multiple phone calls between the dispatch and service workers all saying different times of arrival. When the actual test tech arrived, it was later than any timeframe provided beforehand. We received a docusign the next day that only showed the correct service in small font above the main, incorrect, title for water mitigation . Once that was signed, an invoice (for water mitigation not the testing we had done) was sent for an amount that did not match any of the numbers given before and during service. We received several phone calls asking to pay for the water mitigation, which again was not the service provided. We were also told that we would get our results within 24 hours and then were told later that it could take up to 72 which was fine, but we never received the results and had to call to get them sent over a week after the testing was complete. All in all, it was a very messy process and mislabeled documents caused discomfort and confusion. We also never spoke to the same person twice.

Avoid at all costs. Once they got insurance payment, I have to track them down to try to get the job finishedâ ¦ conveniently every time I call, the supervisor is in a meeting and doesnâ t return my calls. Work that was done was shoddily put back together. Lousy company, find anyone and theyâ ll be better.

Do not trust them they cut corners and do not do what they are suppose to do and they are not to be trusted when it comes to billing they really are something else cause they tried to bill for $8k more then what they originally billed the first time and cannot justify it now I am in a dispute with them, when someone is down and looking for honest help to trust in a subcontractor and as the homeowner I had other problems I was dealing with and to have to deal with this at the same time was bad I would not recommended them at all.

Called for work was told no fee due to the fact work was not started. They brought on some machine to dry wall due to water damage apparently but they turn them off about next day and was told no fee because they have not started work. Few weeks later after I decided to wait got a bill for 2300 after I was told due to no work done there was no fee. Now they sending letters about filling a lawsuit when I am on a 50 a month payment plan. Would never hire them again ever. Paying for work that was never done. Estimate price was given at first changed after they wanted to replace all kitchen drawers when was sink drawer needed only. Got water issue fixed for about 230 and everything perfectly fine. They will harass you to pay for work not done and threaten to sue you. think twice before you call.

Kaleb sent a superb crew to do our project! Raul and Juan -- and Cruz helping on two of the days -- were impressively competent. They worked with skill and efficiency to restore ceiling, walls, and shelves. They took problems and difficulties in stride and made everything work out very well. And all their proficient service was accompanied by a cheerful kindness that was heartwarming. Kaleb and his crew are a credit to your good company. These men did a work Adams D&R can be proud of, and for which we are most grateful!

My house recently had a big flood and I had to have most of my belongings removed from the home while the repair is done. William made sure all my stuff was packed up and handled with care. He was very professional in the way he spoke with me. I was very happy with the service I received from Adams.

I had a great experience with Adams. I have used them two times, the first time for my bathroom dry out and rebuild, and a second time when my garage was flooded because of the water heater. Both times when I called Adams, they came within 1hr and set up the equipment to dry everything out. They were checking it daily to check the progress. All employees I have dealt with were nice, professional, very responsive and easy to work with. Used for: Dry out and Demo, Rebuild

Adams D and R had performed some remediation work at my property over 3-4 months ago and they have not been willing to provide me with the invoice or description of the job, so that I can get it to the insurance company to work. They have been unresponsive and I have contacted them several times. Each time they indicate they will get my the invoice along with the description of the work performed. I was planning to use them to do the restoration work and now I will not.

I would not contact him again, poor quality service.
