As we are in the process to build a custom home we needed to have a soil test done at our building lot. Our architect recommended this company as he worked with them before. They were punctual, very professional with sending a proposal, scheduling an appointment, the job they've done at the lot, the report that was sent as promised and a follow-up call from the Lady-boss. I would say that the price was fair for two drillings at the lot including the report. I met Nathan, their engineer, at the lot and his partner Noel, both were very friendly and patient with me, as I wanted to know details about their work, the steps that would be done and results. Nathan explained it very well to me. The report was sent to us in the timeframe promised (I believe it was one week from the drilling). Also we got a call from the Lady-boss who encouraged us to ask any questions if we had some. That was unexpected and very thoughtful. We like to give business to companies that provide a great customer service. I would recommend them to friends and family and we might call them for different work on the lot if required. I understand that they work valley wide as our lot was in Goodyear, West Valley.
