He's wonderful. ACME Locksmith is very very good. I've used them 2-3 times this year. They are cost effective and prices are very fair.

I had a problem with the lock on the front door.  They first recommended that it be replaced.  I resisted that it be replaced.  I asked them to see if they could fix it.  They then indeed fixed it; it didn't have to be replaced, and I just paid them the standard service fee.  The one thing I did like was that we were about to leave when this problem with the lock came up on the front door, and I called.  At first they said it would take a day or two and then I explained to them my situation, and they quickly changed and rearranged the schedule and they came out within thirty minutes to an hour, and we got the problem fixed.  So the one thing that I really appreciated was their willingness to be responsive to our situation.  I think their price was average. 

The work was done promtply and efficiently. Unfortunately, they re-keyed all entry doors to the one in the front door which is the one I most wanted changed because so many workers and helpers had been in the house prior to moving we don't know who might have a key. Joey was very nice and fast and obviously knows his work. I expect they'll contact me soon since I already let them know.

I have a Schlage lock on my front door. I had just listed my house for sale and needed a key for front door access. I contacted ACME and was told that they could come that afternoon and told me what the service fee was and the price of the job. Bobby called when he was on his way and arrived at the time he mentioned. He went right to work and even told me how Schlage had new and improved locks. He made me two keys in no time at all and I was able to get one in the lockbox for the realtors within an hour. Bobby is awesome!!!

I hired ACME to move my 2,000 LB safe off of a pallet and bolt it to the ground. I got a quote and was told it should take less than an hour and that a 2,000lb safe isn't a problem for them. I've had a similar job done for me a few years ago, so I know it shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes or so as long as they have the right tools and experience. The guys that showed up were really nice guys and were definitely focused on working and not slacking off. Absolutely no complaints there. It just looked like they either didn't have the right tools to do the move efficiently or not the right training/techniques. I called ACME before they were done to make sure I wasn't going to be billed for the extra time it's taking them because of the inefficiencies. To my surprise, the way they had the job setup in their system, it was going to be hourly. However after making my concerns known and explaining the situation, Violet did understand that it shouldn't take as long as it did and made sure I paid the originally quoted price. I'm not sure if the delay was because of new employee's or what, but overall I am happy with the result because I paid what I was quoted & the work got done. It means alot for a company to stand behind their word and Violet made sure ACME did just that.

It went GREAT! He arrived 15 minutes early. He was able to rekey all of my locks except for one which needs to be replaced. He also volunteered to rekey my mailbox, so he did that as well. I'm very happy with their service and would use them again.

I called them I think two days before and then they came out right away after that. He keyed three locks and was in and out in about an hour. There were no additional issues. I bought the deal and that's what they gave me. I think it was quite reasonable at that time.Their pricing is really competitive for me. The guy who appeared the first time, he had to do a more detailed work. He changed the bifolds on our front door and we have a unique color like that red bronze sort of antique locks and he showed me one. He gave me a couple of options. He said, "I can get you the same exact one you have now or you can use this one. This one is more reasonably priced and it looks identical." I think that's what we ended up doing. He gave me options where I could save a little bit of money. I really appreciated that. Being a locksmith you are a skilled professional. They are coming out to your house, their time is valuable. I don't think I remember anything particular about the price. I would give them A in every category: professionalism, price, the promptness. They were just great. I'm very particular. What I will say, if I have a bad experience, I will not forget it. I just felt comfortable with how things went. When I needed a new key, I automatically went to them. I didn't think of anybody else. I must have been really happy with them. I tell my granddaughter you only have one chance to make a good impression so they must have made a good impression because I immediately went to them when I needed another service call. They were right on time. There was no error I remember. They gave an hour window. I think they called before they showed up. Very professional.

It was well. I think they were great. I really like them. I would recommend them. I think I used them twice. In both times, they really did a good job. The time before that I had them out because, it was probably six months before that but I didn't buy a deal or anything, just I was looking for a locksmith so I went to Angie's List and found their name. They had to do a couple of different things and apparently our back key door lock was broken and I had them do other stuff which I couldn't remember exactly what I had them doing. But the guy didn't bring all the parts. He did say, "I see that you called that was our error and I'll be out in two days and there won't be any service charge." They were really good. That's why I ended calling them up again. Good guys. I felt really comfortable having them in our home, taking care of our security issues for us and really thought highly enough of them to use them again. There is not much of a compliment as you can pay than when I first thought of them when I had another lock issue.
