VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DETAILED. EASY TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. THE HOUSE WAS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD, SO WE EXPECTED VERY FEW ITEMS, BUT THERE WERE QUITE A FEW. THEY GIVE YOU THE REPORT RIGHT AFTER THE INSPECTION (PRINTED ON SITE WITH NO WAIT). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
