This was the second company called to repair our fridge. The first company fixed a problem but created a second by not connecting wires correctly. He then could not fix it and ordered a new "board". Needless to say, this didn't fix the problem. We never heard from him again. The second company said the problem was internal to the fridge and we needed a new built-in at $7000. They also reported that Jenn-Air was out of business. A third company after them repaired the problem in 10 minutes at low cost
