WHEN THE LINER BEGAN TO FAIL , I MUST HAVE MADE OVER 50 EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS TO HIM FINALLY COMING OUT!  WHENN HE DID COME OUT HE GAVE US THE SAME EXPLANATION THAT IT WAS A CHEMICAL PROBLEM. WE HAVE ASKED FOR MONTHS FOR THE DOCUMENTATION THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AVAILABLE REGARDING THIS LINER FAILURE AND DENIAL. HE HAS NOT RETURNED ANY CALLS AND IN SPEAKING WITH THE LINER COMPANY , WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE PROVIDED A SERIAL NUMBER FOR THIS PRODUCT THAT WAS NEVER PROVIDED. WE ARE NOW WEIGHING LEGAL OPTIONS REGARDING THIS ISSUE! WE HAVE NEVER HEARD FOM HIM AGAIN AND WOULD LIKE TO WARN OTHER PEOPLE REGARDING THIS ISSUE!  ALSO PICTURES WERE PROVIDED TO THIS GENTLEMAN BY E-MAIL!

I highly recommend A & B Vinyl Pool Specialists. Bill Weeks is very knowledgeable and professional. The thing I like most about him is that he will walk you through a repair over the phone which of course saves time and money. He provides a great service.
