911 Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

I called 911 services the day after New Year's Day. Scott called me from his job site and was able to schedule an inspection for me the next day. 911 showed up the next day right on time and saved me what might have been costly project.

Very professional group. Excellent technicians. They set a schedule to replace my AC system, were here on time and completed the work as promised. To my surprise, they even cleaned up the installation debris in the attic left by another company years ago. I am a retired General Commercial Contractor and would recommend them to all.

The repair tech came out on a Sunday within 2 hours of my initial call. Immediately diagnosed the problem and did the repairs quickly..in 110 degree heat. He was kind courteous and provided additional information on our other a/c unit to improve its performance. We were up and running and the house started to cool down right away. I would recommend this company. The service tech was Robert. And the cost of repair was really a lot lower than I expected

Darrell came out today, found a wire issue on my capacitor, fixed it, treated me right and with respect. I would not hesitate to use them when my AC will need replacement in the next year or so. My experience was fantastic, I really appreciate working with honest and quality contractors like 911.
