It was easy to sign up with Rob at 5 Star Kitchen and Bath because he was full of promises and has a likeable personality. However, things haven't gone so well. We got off to a good start but a couple of weeks in, plumbing issues with the dwelling had to be addressed. After a 2 week pause, getting them to return and take this project to completion in a timely manner has failed. It's been 2 years and still not done. I am nervous about the reliability of the work in the showers. I watched them do the waterproofing. I expressed my concerns to deaf ears. The tile work is average. I still don't have a working temperature control after 30 mos. I asked for insulation under the tub for sound reduction and they didn't do it because it wasn't necessary. It was for me. The plumber for 5 Star has yet to return to fix the water hammer in the wall that I hear everyday, as well as a few other things. Unfortunately, against my better judgement, I let him talk me into paying for the project before it was completed on a verbal promise he would take care of everything.

Amazing. Simply amazing. They promised it would be done in four weeks and it was! We completely gutted our kitchen and expanded it into the next room. They communicated well, valued our design ideas, and Carnell worked so hard to bring our kitchen design to life!

It went amazingly,,,5 Star K&B did everything up to the standards we expected. Rob and Shawn and their amazing crew surpassed all our expectations and on time from start to finish. Would definitely hire them to do our bath, which is on our list. Our kitchen looks amazing,,,thanks guys,, you're the best,,,Kathy &Jimmie

5 star does excellent work, there team is very knowledgeable, kept me informed. The craftsmanship is excellent, I haven't seen that from any company in a long time.

He's excellent. His workers were also very good, they took care of everything, they did what I asked them to do and if there is a problem they took care of it right away and I would use them again in the future.
