On the third no-show, I was not able to reach anyone on the office line or the tech's cell phone. We have not been contacted by them since. They immediately charged our credit card when signing the contract for them to buy parts and install. I wasted three days sitting at home, waiting for their service call. The first time I had to contact them. The second time, I received a phone call that they would not be there. They called at 11:30AM and had promised to show up earlier in the morning. The third day, the office phone put me in a continuous loop of being on hold, and after so long the recording asked if I wanted to continue to hold. This loop just kept going around. The tech had given me his cell phone number, but there was no mailbox set up. When I tried the office again to leave a message, the recording said that the mailbox was full and not accepting messages. I texted the tech to call me immediately, and that was a week ago. We had our credit card company reverse the charges. Grateful we had that recourse.

There were no call-backs.  I contacted them several hours later, and then again on Sunday with no response.  I had to call again this morning with no answer, then, after 8 o'clock, they finally answered.  This company states that they have emergency service.  I have gone two nights without heat.  I was told they would be out today between 2 and 5 in the afternoon.  I was called at 3 o'clock to let me know they could not make it because the technicians were unavailable.
