They were satisfactory but the materials that they used were not quite up to the quality that I would like. The work they did was good but it hasn?t lasted as well as it should so I probably won?t be using them again. They were very professional, they gave us an accurate estimate for price and time, and they cleaned up after the job. I suggest checking the quality of the materials that they use.

It went great! No bad surprises from a customer's standpoint. There were surprises for Jeff when some wood pieces were removed, more rot was discovered. He repaired, and since he had the material, he didn't charge for the little extra work. It was a 2 day job. At the end of the first day, Jeff and his crew cleaned up all of their mess and stowed their gear in the corner of the backyard, out of our way. It was a very pleasant experience. Jeff is great, nice attitude, and explains all the work that will be performed. His wife Jane schedules the work and answers phone/emails quickly. As I am writing this, Jeff is here to do a second job for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends.
