Nothing but frustration after frustration. Starting with my first email to Michael back on 9/3/15 telling him I had the HOA permission to go ahead and install the cameras it has been one excuse after another. Finally on 9/20/15, he and his installer came to the house and installed 5 cameras, DVR etc. One of the cameras was more exposed to the weather than Michael anticipated so he was to order a cover for it. Which never happened. Then I discovered, this camera was not consistently operating as intended. Reported this to Michael and told him I wanted to upgrade this camera and have another camera installed as the one on the back porch was not covering the area that I wanted covered. We agreed on an additional price with the cameras to be ordered. Since then, it has again been one excuse after another. It is now 10/24/15 and still the job has not been completed. There have been 30 emails back and forth including the first one on 9/3/15. My last email from Michael on 10/19/15 stated "New camera being shipped and should be in today or tomorrow. What is your availability this week". My response, "I will be home all week as far as I know right now". Since I work out of my home, which Michael is aware of, there is no reason I would not be available between 7am-5pm. If you want to hire Michael for a job just remember----------- the job may never be completed!

I initially contacted SCCTVfor an estimate with 3 other responders. 1 Didn't respond at all and 2 others gave me similar quotes as SCCTV. I did some research and SCCTV was clearly the most qualified since that is all they do.
I wanted 8 cameras out of a 16 camera Q-SEE system set up, I would run the wire and hopefully put up the cameras. Michael came out and did a free evaluation which changed what I needed done.
By the time of the appointment, I had only ran 6 wires and 5 cameras. So Michael and his partner installed the DVR system, several cameras including an interior 360 camera, and a couple wires, plus connected a few extra wires so I could add cameras later if I wanted. Plus they re-positioned a few cameras.
However, as they were doing the installation, we changed a few things including the location of the DVR system which they were already
working on.
When it was completed, they made sure it was set up and running and also set up my iPhone for monitoring.
The charge was $500 and I gave them a good tip on top of that for their excellent work and assistance.
That was back in mid-December. I contacted Michael for assistance twice after that for resolving technical problems I had unrelated to the installation. No charge. I have not had any problems with my system since.
I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them again. They were reasonable and excellent.
